1WHO WE ARE
Grounded Supply Co. is a print-on-demand apparel brand selling trade-humor and vintage-illustration t-shirts and related apparel aimed at electricians and construction tradespeople. You can reach us at max@groundedsupply.co or business mailing address.
2ELIGIBILITY AND AGE
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase. By ordering, you represent that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Our website and products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
3US CUSTOMERS ONLY
We currently sell and ship to customers within the United States only. We do not accept orders or ship to destinations outside the United States.
4ACCOUNTS
You may be able to create an account or check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at max@groundedsupply.co of any unauthorized use.
5PRODUCTS, MADE-TO-ORDER MODEL, AND PRICING
All of our products are printed and produced to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners, Printful and Apliiq. Because each item is made specifically for you after you order, we do not hold pre-made inventory. Product colors and images are shown as accurately as possible, but actual colors may vary depending on your screen or device. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is complete or error-free.
6ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND REFUSAL
Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation or ship your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order, and to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will issue a refund.
7PAYMENT
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.
8SHIPPING, GUARANTEE, AND RETURNS
Shipping timeframes, our 90-day money-back guarantee, and how claims are handled are described in our Shipping Policy and Guarantee pages, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, artwork, illustrations, graphics, logos, text, and other content on our website and products are owned by or licensed to Grounded Supply Co. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "Grounded Supply Co." name and our designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used to make derivative or competing products without our prior written permission. When you buy a product, you are buying the physical item for your personal use. You do not acquire any rights to the underlying artwork or designs.
10YOUR CONDUCT
You agree not to use our website unlawfully; not to infringe our or others' intellectual property rights; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; not to interfere with the website's operation or security; and not to use our content or products to create competing merchandise. You agree not to submit false information or use another person's payment method without authorization.
11DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except for our express 90-day money-back guarantee, our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROUNDED SUPPLY CO. AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grounded Supply Co. and its owner from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Our website relies on and may link to third-party services (such as Stripe, Printful, Apliiq, Cloudflare, GitHub, and Meta). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these or any other third parties.
15GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
16DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us first at max@groundedsupply.co so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
17CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above shows when they were last revised. Changes apply going forward from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
